Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the aesthetic device is cleaned, placed in its original manufacturer box with all power cables and manuals, and securely packed in a shipping carton.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
